Little did anyone know that morning God was going to call your name. In life you were loved dearly, in death its still the same. It broke many hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone. For part of everyone went with you, the day God called you home. You left plenty of lovely memories, your love is still a guide. And though you family can't see you, your always by there side. Josie as I remember her!
When my folk knew Josie she lived in Avonbeg st off manor st. She was a lovely big woman with a heart of gold and always... always had a kind word or a smile. She was known by all her neighbours, and if you didnt know her, you were sure to know off her. My mum and dad didnt make friends with ppl easily but there was just something about Josie Kennedy that they both really loved. Perhaps it was her straight forward personallity or the way she would put herself out to help them,,, more than once. What a lovely sincere sweet kind lady, Im sure Jacqueline and William both miss her very much.. love from an old neighbour Margaret Walker from manor st. xxxx
